Hey everyone, I am the new owner and Pirate Captain of the One Piece Orginal Character club, also known as Lucy. This will be the first club I will ever run so help me along if you can if you think I'm doing something wrong or you just think you can help make this club better. I adopted this club from who's job it is to find abandoned clubs new homes. Anyway, I am the owner of this club and I had to do a lot of clean up and hopefully now the club will be up and running better then ever, though it seemed to be doing fine on its own, with the exception of not having people join, and whats a club without anyone joining. Ok, in this journal I am introducing myself along with the rules and all that which have been updated since I'm new and now in charge :evil laugh: ahem...anyway. My name is Lucy Kubin, you can find my deviant page at and join my contest at [link] ok, enough blatent advertising, One Piece Original Character Club is a club that caters to the Orginial Fan Characters that people make for One Piece, original characters range from someone who is not related to the straw hats at all, but someone they meet, to Sanji's little sister or Zoro's older brother...so on an so forth.

The only thing I look for in an orginial character is they be ORIGINAL, though I will accept any character people wish to have posted on the site, I don't mind, but I would like some creativity behind people. But thats just a personal thing, that will not intirely influence the actions of the club, no ones art will be turned down regardless of anything. Anyway back to me a bit. I have been a fan of One Piece since my girl showed it to me, the Japanese version, I listened to the American voices once and they were horrible, but it was the japanese version I loved the most and especially Sanji's voice actor...then again Sanji is my favorite character, which you will begin to see when I add my artwork to the club. I might be the president but I will still submit my artwork, since I am also part of the club...ok...this journal is starting to turn into a rant.

Alright people lets get down to business. From here on out will be the Rules and all that other stuff you need to know about joining, if I missed anything or something does not make sense please let me know and I will correct it in this post or in any other journal posts, since this journal is going to be updated more often, this journal is strictly for club news and anything of importance. I am completely revamping things. If you wish to be an administrater please message me, and if you were a previous administrater before me, message me and lets talk and get down to business. Send me a note marked Administrater, there are 6 slots available. They go in this order: First Mate, Navigator, Sharpshooter, Cook, Doctor, Cabin Boy. Your jobs are to help me run the club in fluent condition, make suggestions you think will make the club run better and maintain order if the ship for some reason springs a massive leak and I don't have enough pails to throw water overboard. Above would be the Administators, I just hope that this would help me with the club, and of course I am the Captain...which means I'm nothing without my crew!

Joining:

To join the club, send me a note titled Join, if the note is not titled join I will probably not accept your request and ask you to resend it titled correctly. I most likely won't even open it unless its titled Join because I would like to avoid getting junk notes which just clog up the system and give me a headache...which does not make for a happy Captain. Also, to join you don't need to have an orginial character, but if you do have an orginial character give me some information on them and I would like to post them in a journal called the " Characters of o-o-p-c" though you don't have to, its just something extra I thought of doing that people might enjoy. I'll put in some information about my characters if that would help people feel more open about letting people know about their characters. I think if you have an orginal character you should be proud to introduce them to the world, which was why this club was created in the first place. At least thats what I think, weither or not that is actually why the club is created in my mind. Anyway, joining shouldn't be that hard to do if you follow the simple rule. Also, if you do join you must watch the club, and the club will watch you, as well as put the clubs icon in your journal, if you don't know how to do icons this is how you do it. :icon-o-o-p-c-: without the dashes and it will appear like this: thats really the only thing you need to do, do those two things and your in! Isn't that simple? I know I'm lazy, but people shouldn't have to jump hurdles just to be able to join a club. That's my beliefe anyway.

Affiliate:

If you wish to Affiliate with the club, please send me a note titled Affiliate and then place the clubs icon in your journal. Again to get the icon :icon-o-o-p-c-: without the dashes. We will then place your icon in our journal as well. Then we can be Affiliated and do some cool stuff! Or you can just spread your clubs wings with us by reaching out to more people, whatever your reason I don't really mind. Just do as requested and we won't have any problems. Also, this sounds a little silly, but if you become Affiliated with us, also post a link if we ever run a contest so other people can look and be interested in joining. Right now I'm trying to get as many members as possible, since this club doesn't have that many. Anyway, Affiliate and stuff like that, and you can also be a member and Affiliate if you want, that doesn't bother me. I don't see why you can't be one or the other, though you don't have to join to be affiliated. You might be interested in the club, but not enough to join, and though I'd like you to join and Affiliate, you don't have to.

Administators

Ok, to become an Administator as stated above, send me a note titled Administrator. The titles of the administrators are just that, titles. Each one is equal to the other, with the exception of the First Mate will be the person I share the account with, only ONE person will be first mate and you have to send in your note a reason why you would make a good first mate. This person gets the password and helps maintain the club incase I am unable to maintain the club i.e. I can't get online to maintain the club, or for some reason I become to swamped to work with it. The other administrators also get heads up on things and help plan on special events for the club and help me clean it up. If their our any administrators from the club before me, please send me a note and tell me which one you want to be, and if the old owner had any plans for this club before they abandoned it that you know of. If you no longer want to be an administrator, just send me a note tilted Retired and tell me why you wish to no longer be an administrator and I will remove you and post the empty slot for people to grab at.

FANART!!!!

The rules for Fanart, the main vein of the club. Send a note intitled Art with a link to the artwork. It must be of Orginial Characters with or without the straw hats in the picture. Yaoi/Yuri is allowed, its all good here. As for the rating...it can be anything, but nothing rated NC-17. Crop it if its going to be R, and if you want people to see the whole pic, then that can be on your account, but here we will try to keep it clean, highest I'll go is PG-13...but if I find it in HORRIBLE taste, then I will not post it, if its on the line, the administrators will have a vote. That is the rule. Oh, and Doujinshi is welcomed!

Fanfictions

If you want to post your fanfictions, send me a note tilted Fanfictions with a link and a short description. As for Fanfiction rating...Mature is allowed, i.e. cussing and sexual situations (as long as not too graphic) is allowed, and a WARNING will be put up so people who might not want to read that won't. Again, if found in HORRIBLE taste it will not be posted and it will be voted on by the administrators if it is clearly boardering the line. I mean, most people here are adults, but to cover everything, I must post those. Yaoi/Yuri is accepted...Oh, and a rule for both Fanfictions and Fanart, there will be NO FLAMMING! You will be banned if caught flamming a picture or a fanfiction, I don't like it and neither do the people who worked hard to make their artwork, I doubt you would like it if people did that to your work, so think of that before you do anything. Alright...I think I might have finally covered everything...HOORAY for me! And welcome to the new One Piece Orginal Characters Club!
